Adrian Kirk is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process engineering, Six Sigma methodologies, and operational efficiency across various industries. Currently serving as Global Operations Process Engineer at Castolin Eutectic since November 2014, Adrian is responsible for developing balanced scorecard KPIs, global projects, and process mapping. Prior roles include Global Six Sigma Business Analyst and Vice President of SHEQ at the same company, where Adrian implemented standardized management processes and led Six Sigma improvement projects. Earlier experience includes acting as Systems & Improvement Manager and UK Production Manager at Monitor Coatings Limited, and as a LEAN Consultant for Royal Mail Group.
