Steven Block, P.E. is an experienced electrical engineer currently employed at Sparx Engineering since July 2022. Prior positions include roles such as Consulting Engineer, Digital Transformation Architect, Project Technical Lead, and Electrical Engineer at Hiller Measurements from January 2020 to July 2022, and a Physics Engineering Intern at Raytheon in 2018. Steven's academic background includes a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from the University of Dallas. Research experience includes collaboration with the University of Kentucky Accelerator Laboratory and Fermi National Laboratory, focusing on detector stability and design. Steven has also interned at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, contributing to defect characterization in Silicon Carbide Wafers.
