Martin Moehring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process innovation and operations management within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Process, Innovation, and Operations at CASTO since March 2002, Martin is spearheading the implementation of Salesforce to streamline the commercial tenant deal pipeline. Previous roles include Director of Process and Innovation, where Martin successfully migrated 5,000 residential units to the Entrata software platform and implemented a commercial tenant payment portal. Martin also held the position of Treasury and Financial Operations Manager, overseeing corporate accounting for large real estate portfolios, and began career foundations as a Senior Corporate Accountant at Deloitte. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
