Iman Moazzen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2010, Iman started working as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Victoria, where they supported faculty and students in their academic endeavors until 2013. During this time, they also served as a Design Chair Research Assistant from 2012 to 2014 and as a Laboratory Supervisor from 2013 to 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Iman worked as an Energy System Modeler and Data Analyst at IESVic, where they focused on analyzing and modeling energy systems.

In 2016, Iman began working as a YouTube Educator, providing signal processing tutorials for students worldwide. Their YouTube channel, "sphackswith iman," gained around 10K subscribers and 1M views.

In 2017, Iman co-founded Soundskrit and served as the Technical Lead until 2018. They were also an Applied Researcher at Mio Global from February to August 2017.

In September 2017, Iman joined TandemLaunch Inc. as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for a brief period. They then joined PAI Health as a Senior Applied Researcher from July 2018 to June 2019. At PAI Health, Iman collaborated with the global R&D team on the Blood Pressure project and developed an end-to-end platform for data collection, storage, signal processing, machine learning, and real-time processing.

Iman also worked as an Affiliate Assistant Professor at Concordia University from June 2018 onwards.

In February 2020, Iman founded Castofly Technologies and currently serves as the CEO and Founder of the company.

Iman Moazzen has a strong educational background in Electrical Engineering. They obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. Following this, Iman pursued further studies and earned their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria, completing their studies from 2010 to 2013.
