Kristin Charles, MHA, MPH, has extensive experience in health plan services and client management, currently serving as Senior Health Plan Services Manager at Castlight Health since June 2015, where previous roles included Senior Implementation Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Implementation Manager. Prior to this, Kristin was a Client Account Manager at Ascension Health from November 2014 to June 2015, focusing on client satisfaction and issue resolution. Kristin's experience also includes positions as Engagement Manager at OurHealth, Operations Consultant at St. Vincent Health, and Human Resources Coordinator at St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana. Kristin holds two Master's Degrees in Health Administration and Public Health from the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in General Health Sciences from Purdue University.
