Gaurav Bhargava has a diverse work experience in the field of Quality Assurance. Gaurav started their career at PSL in 2007, where they worked as a Software Engineer for 8 years. Their responsibilities included web application testing, manual UI testing, and scripting using Perl. Gaurav also maintained and updated automation suites and developed automated modules using Perl. Gaurav then joined Pramati Technologies Private Limited in 2015 as a Principal QA Engineer, where they worked for 6 years. Currently, they are working at Castlight Health as a Principal Engineer QA since 2021 and recently got promoted to the role of Lead QE Engineer.

Gaurav Bhargava earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Nagpur University between 2002 and 2005. Gaurav has also obtained additional certifications in "Emerging Leader Foundations" and "Leading with Innovation" from LinkedIn in 2022.
