Mark Richards is an experienced professional in the construction and development industry, currently serving as Division Manager and Project Manager at CastleRock Communities since May 2013, where responsibilities include profit and loss management for communities on the north side of Austin. Prior to this role, Mark Richards was President at MCR Builders from March 2010 to February 2013 and held the position of Division President at Kimball Hill Homes from March 1995 to October 2007.
