Mithun S. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resource technology and Oracle HCM Cloud. Mithun started their career in 2007 as a Senior Member Technical at ADP, where they were responsible for coding, unit testing, and peer reviews of requests in the PeopleSoft HRMS module. Mithun then joined CSC as an ERP Engineer in 2010 before returning to ADP as a Senior Member Technical in the same year. In this role, they created technical design documentation, developed and scheduled activities for system and application testing, and worked extensively on People Code.

In 2012, Mithun joined Sierra-Cedar as a Senior Peoplesoft Consultant, where they gathered requirements, created functional documents for the technical team, and set up data according to client specifications. Mithun then worked at Medtronic as an Oracle Taleo Implementation Consultant, where they gathered requirements, created mapping documents between PeopleSoft and Taleo, and developed TCC scripts for candidate conversion.

Mithun joined Santander Bank, N.A. in 2014 as a Senior Peoplesoft Developer (Contract), where they were responsible for the PeopleSoft 9.1 upgrade and Taleo implementation. Mithun then moved to KBACE, A Cognizant Company in 2015 as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Principal Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud. In these roles, they conducted Accelerate sessions for clients, drafted SOWs, and provided project timelines based on Accelerate outcomes.

In 2018, Mithun returned to Santander Bank, N.A. as a Consultant, Human Resource Technology, where they gathered requirements, created project plans, and performed data conversion for newly onboarded companies. Finally, in 2019, they joined CastleBridge Consulting as a Principal Consultant and later became a Senior Principal Consultant. In their current role as a Practice Manager - Oracle HCM Cloud, Mithun is responsible for managing the practice and overseeing Oracle HCM Cloud projects.

Throughout their career, Mithun has demonstrated expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, and human resource technology, along with strong skills in requirements gathering, project planning, and data conversion.

Mithun S. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Rajalakshmi Engineering College during the period of 2003 to 2007.
