Eamonn Treanor currently serves as the Head of Relationship Management at Castle Water, a position held since July 2020. Prior to this role, Eamonn worked at Thames Water from August 1989 to December 2016 as a Key Accounts Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing service delivery, customer satisfaction, and retention for major commercial clients generating £180 million annually. Eamonn managed a team of nine field-based Key Account Managers and 40 office-based support staff within a business contact center environment.
