Mike Daser, PHRi, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Leader at Castle HR since August 2021, Mike previously worked as a Human Resources Business Partner and Manager at Global Furniture Group from July 2019 to August 2021. Prior experiences include roles as People and Culture Manager at GreenSpace Brands, Human Resources Manager at Legrand, North America, and interim Human Resources Manager at Target. Mike began the career as a Store Manager at Starbucks. Educationally, Mike holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from York University, a Human Resources Management Diploma from Talent Management Alliance, and a Micro MBA from Phil Young Consulting.
