Denise Young is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Castle Resorts & Hotels since February 2016, Denise develops key performance goals and leads a team of 25 to achieve optimal business performance and growth strategies. Previous roles include General Manager at Holiday Inn Express and Sr. Property Operations Manager at Destination Resorts Hawaii, where Denise oversaw management across seven properties and coordinated inspections. Denise also held the position of General Manager at Shell Vacations Hospitality, managing a 197-unit homeowners association and a 162-unit timeshare owners association while mentoring staff for leadership roles.
