Paola Andrea Hernandez Barajas has over 10 years of professional experience. Paola Andrea began their career in 2008 as a Gestor Financiero and Gestor Administrativo at Universidad Autonoma de Colombia. In 2013, they moved to Ollcol Centro S.A.S. as a Coordinadora Operaciones. In 2014, they became a Consultor Funcional at ITIS Support Ltda. In 2017, they joined Zemsania Global Group as a Consultor Funcional de Aplicaciones. In 2018, they became a Scrum Master at everis. In 2020, they joined ADL Digital Lab as a Scrum Master. Currently, they are a Sr Scrum Master at acasa | YC W22.

Paola Andrea Hernandez Barajas has a comprehensive educational background. Paola Andrea obtained a Gestión Administrativa from Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) in 2005-2007, followed by an Ingeniería Industrial from Universidad Autónoma de Colombia in 2008-2014. Finally, they obtained an Especialista en gestión de proyectos de ingeniería from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas in 2017-2018.
