Jewell Heath has served as a Sales and Customer Service Representative at Caster Concepts since September 2006, specializing in heavy duty caster applications and working closely with manufacturers, OEMs, and government entities. With a decade of sales engineering experience, Jewell contributed to Caster Concepts achieving its highest sales year in 2013 while enhancing caster application knowledge. Prior to this role, Jewell worked as a waitress at M-60 GRILL from September 2002 to September 2006. Jewell holds an Associated BA in Business Administration from Jackson College (2004-2006) and a High School Diploma from Homer High School (1991-2004).
