Zachary Mau has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving as a Prep Chef at Castellucci Hospitality Group since November 2017, and as a Sous Chef at SIMCOL Group since May 2017. Additionally, Zachary has held positions as a Line Cook at Barcelona Wine Bar & Restaurant since April 2016, and previously at Boogalou Restaurant Lounge from December 2013 to May 2015. A notable role as Lead Line Cook at Gypsy Kitchen was held from September 2018 to February 2019. Through these roles, Zachary has developed a strong foundation in kitchen operations and leadership.
