Meeka Baxter has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Meeka began their career as an Accounting Clerk at the University of Georgia in 1992. Meeka then worked as an Operations Administrator at Lease Plan U.S.A., Inc. from 1994 to 1998. After that, they served as the Operations Manager at D&B Computer Systems, Inc. from 1998 to 2001. Meeka then transitioned to become the Design & Showroom Manager at Carole Ray & Associates from 2001 to 2004. Following this, Meeka was the Business Administrator/Accountant at The Pressure's On from 2004 to 2008. Meeka then joined Liberty House Restaurant Corp. as the Business Administration/Accounts Payable from 2008 to 2015. Currently, Meeka is the Director of Finance and Accounting at Castellucci Hospitality Group, a position they started in 2015.

Meeka Baxter has a diverse education history. From 1999 to 2001, they attended Bauder College and earned an Associate's degree in Interior Design. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1992, they attended Gwinnett College of Business and obtained an Associate's degree in Specialized Accounting.
