Justin Nelson, CAPM has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Justin started their career as an HBA Manager and Dairy Manager at Smith's Food & Drug Centers. Later, they worked as a Produce Manager at Albertsons. Justin then transitioned to IM Flash Technologies, where they held roles as a Material Specialist and Finished Product Sr. Material Specialist. During their time there, they played a key role in implementing policies and procedures for personnel training and establishing an inventory organization system.

Afterwards, Justin worked as a Warehouse Specialist at Scholastic Book Fairs and as a Logistics Specialist at Target. Justin then joined Verscend (formerly Verisk Health) as a Healthcare Onsite Vendor Coordinator/Roster Specialist, where they built relationships with clients and facilitated efficient data management.

Justin also worked at Tesla as a Scheduling Specialist, where they managed customer appointments and optimized schedules for operational offices. At Intermountain Healthcare, they served as an Inventory Specialist I. Subsequently, they had roles at PMI Northern Utah Chapter, including VP Communications & Technology and Social Media Director.

Most recently, Justin joined Castell as a Technical Data Analyst - Staff, where they focus on producing analytical solutions for various stakeholders. Additionally, they worked as a Care Coordinator, providing customer service and assisting with appointment scheduling and caregiver support.

Justin Nelson, CAPM, has a diverse education history. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Technology Management from Utah Valley University in 2020. During the same period, they also completed a Certificate of Completion in Six Sigma Green Belt from the same university. Prior to that, Justin pursued Pre-Business coursework with a focus on Operation Management at the University of Utah starting in 2011. From 2001 to 2010, they attended Salt Lake Community College where they received an Associate of Science (AS) degree in General Studies. Justin completed their high school education, earning a High School Diploma, at Brighton High School.

In addition to their academic achievements, Justin has obtained two certifications related to project management. In October 2020, they completed the "Exam Tips: Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)®" course offered by LinkedIn. Justin also attained the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute in the same month and year.
