Ian Bedingfield has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Ian began their career at Amber Alert GPS in 2010, where they worked in customer service and fulfillment. In 2011, they transitioned to The Marshall Group, REALTORS, serving as a field agent. From 2012 to 2016, Ian worked at Nelson Laboratories, Inc. as a Reporting Specialist. Ian then joined Intermountain Healthcare as a Technical Data Analyst from 2016 to 2018. Ian pursued further academic pursuits at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, where they worked as a Research Assistant and PhD candidate in Management. During this time, they focused on research interests in Organizational Behavior, including leadership, political skill, and adaptive negative emotions. Ian joined Leavitt Partners in 2021, taking on roles such as Business Strategy Summer Associate, Research Assistant, Senior Associate, and finally Manager. Most recently, they worked at CareJourney as an Associate to the President before joining Castell as a Senior Technical Data Analyst in 2023.

Ian Bedingfield has a diverse education history that includes multiple degrees and certifications. Ian first attended the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Operations Management and Supervision. Afterward, from 2018 to 2020, Ian attended the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management and obtained a Master's degree in Business Research and Analytics. Following this, they pursued further education at Salt Lake Community College from 2010 to 2012, earning an Associate of Science (A.S.) in General Studies. Ian's educational journey continued with a master's program at the University of Utah, where they pursued a Master's of Healthcare Administration in the field of Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their formal education, Ian also obtained a certification in Critical Thinking for Better Judgment and Decision-Making from LinkedIn in December 2020.
