Elena Sardarian has extensive experience in accounting and finance. Elena started their career at KPMG as a Staff in Assurance in 2004 and worked there until 2006. Elena then joined EY as a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services, where they led various projects for private equity and corporate clients, focusing on financial analysis, due diligence, and forecasting. In 2017, Elena joined Cast & Crew, initially as a Senior Manager in Finance and Accounting, and then progressed to Director of Accounting, where they were responsible for reporting and FPA. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Accounting at Cast & Crew.

Elena Sardarian completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Valuation from Moscow Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, between 2000 and 2005.
