Augustinas Stirbis is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in software engineering and infrastructure architecture. Currently serving as VP of Software Engineering at CAST AI since May 2019, Augustinas has also held the position of Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to joining CAST AI, Augustinas was a Senior Engineering Team Manager at Danske Bank from January 2016 to April 2019, where responsibilities included managing cross-functional teams for significant projects. Earlier roles include Lead Infrastructure Architect at Barclays Investment Bank and various positions in virtualization engineering at Barclays Bank PLC. Augustinas began the professional journey as an IT engineer at DPA programinė įranga and has accumulated diverse experience in software development, automation, and IT support. Augustinas holds a Bachelor of Information Technologies from Šiaulių Universitetas, obtained in 2005.
