Rachael Hookway has held various roles in the field of development and regeneration. Rachael is currently working as a Project Manager at Cast Consultancy since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Westminster City Council from 2019 to 2023, first as an Assistant Development Manager and then as a Programme Manager in Regeneration and Development. Before joining Westminster City Council, Rachael worked at Be First Regeneration Limited as a Junior Development Manager and Assistant Development Manager from 2017 to 2019. Their earlier experience includes working at London Borough of Barking and Dagenham as a Housing Regeneration Support Officer from 2015 to 2017 and as a Support Officer from 2009 to 2015.

Rachael Hookway attended the Centre for Housing and Support from 2015 to 2018, where they pursued a field of study in Housing. In November 2015, they obtained a certification in HousingProfessional from the Chartered Institute of Housing.
