Alexander Michael-Tumialan Landy is an associate attorney in the firm's Chicago office. Alexander focuses his practice on a wide range of civil litigation defense and has extensive experience handling matters concerning general and premise liability. Alexander works with his clients on all aspects of litigation from initial investigation through trial.
Prior to joining Cassiday, Alexander worked at an Insurance Defense firm in the suburbs of Chicago where he gained valuable litigation skills in the areas of general and premise liability defense. Alexander's areas of interest include Commercial Law, Civil Rights Litigation & Correctional Healthcare, Transportation and Medical Liability.
Alexander earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his law degree from Marquette University where he was a member of the Sports Law Society and Hispanic-Latino Law Student Association. Alexander won multiple negotiation competitions and was awarded the winner for his paper in the 2020 Anne Wall "Ethics in Sports Law" writing competition.
Alexander is a member of the Chicago Bar Association. Alexander is also a member of the Illinois Bar and the Wisconsin Bar.
