Laura Shook has over two decades of experience in programming and analysis, primarily at Cass Information Systems, where roles have included Lead Programmer Analyst, Senior Programmer/Analyst II, and Client Programming Project Lead. Prior to this tenure, Laura worked as a Programmer/Analyst at Arkansas Farm Bureau from August 1999 to July 2001 and held a similar position at Dimac Direct between 1996 and 2001. Laura Shook earned a degree from the University of Arkansas, completing studies from 1979 to 1984.
