Taylor Kaushagen currently serves as the Operations Manager at the Tourism Alliance of Fargo Moorhead since August 2023. Prior to this role, Taylor has held positions that include Commission Assistant at Cass County since February 2021, and Client Relationship Consultant at U.S. Bank from April 2018 to February 2021, where Taylor also worked as a Bank Teller. Earlier experience includes serving as a Receptionist at Rydell Auto Group from February 2017 to May 2018 and as an Associate at Dressbarn from May 2015 to February 2017. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of North Dakota, completing the degree in 2020, and holds a High School Diploma from Sheyenne High School, graduated in 2016.
