Janet McCartney has extensive experience in both public service and the technology sector. Since January 2011, Janet has served as the County Commissioner for District 2 of Cass County. Prior to this role, from November 1995 until December 2011, Janet held the position of Senior Application Architect at First Data Corporation, where responsibilities included coordinating and leading a team for mainframe testing and supporting the organization's testing community. Janet is currently engaged as a Senior Application Architect through Accenture, continuing to maintain and execute system tests for batch and online code. Janet holds a Master's degree in Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Management from the College of St. Mary.
