Jocelyn Lura Hovland, CCC, has over 15 years of experience in communications and marketing, currently serving as the Manager of Communications at Cass County Electric Cooperative since April 2005. Previous roles at the same organization include Marketing Communications Specialist and Marketing and Graphic Coordinator. Additionally, Jocelyn served on the Board of Directors for FirstLink from January 2011 to January 2017. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Apparel & Textiles and Interior Design from North Dakota State University, completed in 2007.
