Dileep is a Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4.5 years of experience in the NBFC Sector in the areas of Accounting, Financial Reporting, Taxation, and RBI compliance. He started his career with Criss Financial Ltd as manager of Accounts & Taxation; responsible for overviewing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, RBI Compliances, and Lender Compliances.

Prior to Caspian, worked with Keertana Finserv Private Limited as a consultant for group Accounts, Finance, and Taxation.
