Keith Mancuso is an accomplished Director of Digital Products at Casper, where responsibilities include leading the architecture and management of a tech stack that generates over $170 million in annual sales. With experience as a Senior Digital Product Manager, Mancuso played a key role in implementing the Salesforce Order Management System. Prior roles include Director of Product Management at Happy Cog®, where a new product department was established, and Senior Technical Product Manager at Postlight, managing teams for high-profile clients. Mancuso co-founded Familiar, enhancing web applications for non-profits, and previously directed integrated marketing and technology efforts at Housing Works, contributing to significant growth and digital innovation.
