Ivan Qian is an experienced sourcing and supply chain professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Sourcing Director for Asia Operation at Casper since August 2017, Ivan has successfully built a competitive supply chain and developed a robust team in Asia. Prior to this, Ivan held the position of Senior Director for Asia Operation at The Home Depot, where strategic leadership was provided for private label imports. Ivan's extensive experience includes significant roles at Interline Brands and Black & Decker HHI, focusing on sourcing, supplier development, and project management. Ivan's educational background includes an MBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University of Technology.
