Gary Kemp is a Partner in the Business Law Practice Group at Casner & Edwards, LLP. Prior to this role, Gary served as an Associate at Weiss, Angoff, Koltin & Koski, specializing in securities law, public offerings, and compliance. Gary also has experience as a Staff Attorney at the Massachusetts Securities Division, focusing on corporate finance and enforcement. Gary holds a JD from Northeastern University School of Law and a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
