Jason Pablo has extensive experience in food and beverage operations within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Casino Fandango since December 2017, Jason previously held the position of Beverage Shift Manager at Grand Sierra Resort from August 2013 to December 2017. Prior to that, Jason worked as a Beverage Supervisor at Montbleu Resort Casino & Spa from January 2011 to August 2013. Through these roles, Jason has developed strong operational management skills and a solid understanding of beverage service in diverse environments.
