Rui Zhang serves as the Vice President Finance and Head of Operations at CASI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and is a Partner at Emerging Technology Partners. They have experience in investment management, board membership, and pharmaceutical research. Rui holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Healthcare Management from Columbia Business School. They have a B.Sc. from Jilin University and conducted Ph.D. research at The State University of New York.
