Abolfazl (Hamid) Ziaei is an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Agile methodologies and team leadership. Currently at CASHPOINT since August 2022, Ziaei manages two diverse teams, enhancing efficiency and team velocity through effective capacity planning. Ziaei previously held positions as a Senior Scrum Master at Snapp!, the leading ride-hailing application in the Middle East, and at Routaa, a location-based startup. During a tenure at Danesh Pardaz Mehr, Ziaei facilitated Scrum events and coordinated team deliveries. Ziaei holds a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Management from Islamic Azad University, Science And Research Branch, completed in 2010.
