Shantanu Prakash has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Shantanu began their career as an Assistant System Engineer at TCS in 2012, where they were responsible for functional testing, client facilitation, SQL database handling, and documentation of test plans.

After that, Shantanu worked at Little Internet Private Limited as a Growth Hacker in 2015 and then as a Manager for Strategy & Sales from 2016 to 2017, where they played a crucial role in building the largest Online-to-Offline supply side infrastructure for deals.

In 2018, Shantanu joined Future Group India as a Deputy Manager for Online & Customer Analytics before being promoted to Manager in 2019. During their time there, they handled customer insights, developed customer value models, implemented solutions to streamline marketing operations, managed the P&L of the online business, and implemented an omnichannel strategy for the fbbonline platform.

In 2019, Shantanu transitioned to Amazon as an Analytics Manager, where they worked until 2021. Shantanu'sresponsibilities included analytics management and ensuring the effective use of data for decision-making.

Currently, Shantanu is working at Shoppers Stop as a Senior Manager Analytics, where they started in 2021. Shantanu has played a crucial role in driving analytics initiatives and was later promoted to Deputy General Manager in 2022.

Starting in 2023, Shantanu will be taking on a new role as the Director of Analytics at CashKaro.com.

Shantanu Prakash obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2013 to 2015. Shantanu also holds an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from ABES Engineering College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their 12th grade at Study Hall in 2006, focusing on Science and Economics. Shantanu Prakash began their education at G.N. National Public School, where they studied from 1996 to 2004 and obtained their 10th grade certification in Mathematics. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including R-Programming from DataCamp, Advanced Competitive Strategy from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (LMU) through Coursera, Strategic Decision Making from enParadigm Knowledge Solutions, and Data Sampling Through R from DataCamp.
