Samir Youssef has extensive work experience in the service and operations field. Samir began their career as a Territory Manager at NCR Corporation in 2009. In 2012, they joined Hyosung America as a Regional Service Manager, where they were responsible for service delivery and team leadership. Samir later moved up within the company, holding roles such as Director of Service Operations, Senior Director of Service Operations, and Vice President of Service. In these positions, they managed personnel, oversaw parts planning and repair schedules, implemented resource tools, and managed third-party service relationships. In 2023, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Cash Depot.
Samir Youssef attended Chicago State University from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science.
