Don Bills has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Don started their career in 1999 as a Teller/Ops/IT Support at CASH 1, where they eventually moved up to become a District Manager. In this role, they handled branch manager duties, special projects for the president, and general IT support responsibilities. In June 2006, Don became the Manager of Operations at CASH 1 and held this position until November 2007. Don then joined Thrivos in 2008 as a Systems Analyst and later became the VP of Systems Development in December 2010. Currently, they are the Chief Information Officer at Thrivos, where they provide leadership and innovative technology to multiple brands within the company, including CASH 1.

Don Bills attended Antioch High School from 1995 to 1998. After graduating from high school, they enrolled at Los Medanos College and earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities from 1998 to 2000. Don then pursued further education at California State University - East Bay from 2000 to 2002, focusing on Computer Science, Networking, and Data Communication.
