Maureen McCarthy is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist and Employee Relations Specialist at Casey's since September 2017. Prior to this role, McCarthy worked as a Compliance and Ethics Coordinator for the City of Fort Collins from September 2015 to October 2016, overseeing ADA, Fair Housing, and Title VI programs, as well as administering the city-wide ethics program. Earlier experience includes serving as the Workforce Development Center Manager at Larimer County Workforce Center from April 2001 to September 2015, where McCarthy managed services for job seekers and coordinated recruitment processes with employers. McCarthy holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Upper Iowa University.
