Mary Hodapp is an experienced technology leader with extensive expertise in program and product management, particularly in agile transformation. Currently serving as the Director of IT Engineering at Casey's since September 2020, Mary is focused on reimagining the supply chain through innovative technology solutions. Previous roles include Director of Program Management at Casey's, where Mary established an enterprise-wide program delivery team, and Sr. Director of Program and Product Management at Bluestem Brands, leading a team in the adaptation of agile practices. Additionally, Mary has held consulting positions at Exceltech Consulting and was responsible for IT management at Fingerhut. A graduate of Iowa State University with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering, Mary also pursued continuing education in Business Administration and Management at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
