Ashley Myles

Ashley Myles has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Starting in 2003, Myles worked as an Estimator/Office Assistant at Paramount Windows Ltd until 2004. Following this, from 2004 to 2008, Myles served as a Shift Manager at McDonald's UK. In 2008, Myles joined P Casey (Land Reclamation) Ltd, starting as a Labourer and later becoming a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Over the years, Myles steadily progressed in the company, taking on roles such as Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager, Managing Quantity Surveyor, and finally, Commercial Manager MRICS. Myles is currently working as the Head of Technical at Casey since 2023.

Ashley Myles has a diverse education history. Ashley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying from The University of Salford, graduating in 2013. Prior to that, they completed a Higher National Certificate in Construction & Property from the same university, concluding in 2010.

Earlier in their education, Ashley pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer & Network Technology from The Manchester Metropolitan University, which they completed in 2008. Before that, they studied at Wigan & Leigh College, obtaining a National Diploma in Software Development for IT Practitioners from 2003 to 2005.

Ashley's educational journey began at Fred Longworth High School, where they completed their high school education and obtained their GCSE's from 1998 to 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Ashley has also obtained various certifications. Ashley acquired the MCIOB certification from The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in July 2017. Ashley achieved the MRICS certification from RICS in November 2015. Ashley also holds the CSCS Academically Qualified Person certification from the CONSTRUCTION SKILLS CERTIFICATION SCHEME LIMITED, which they obtained in September 2010. Other certifications include First Aid at Work from St John Ambulance in August 2005, Day Skipper Theory from the Royal Yachting Association (RYA) in December 2004, Site Management Safety Training Scheme from CITB in June 2012, and Appreciation of Excavation Safety from the Energy and Utility Skills Register in April 2019.
