Zeydi Gutierrez, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Harbor Linx since May 2021, where responsibilities include developing and executing HR strategies for various affiliate companies and overseeing programs related to compensation, benefits, recruiting, and labor law compliance. Additionally, Zeydi functions as Human Resources Director for Harbor Linx and its affiliate companies, such as McGuire and Hester and Casey-Fogli Concrete Construction. Prior experience includes roles at AB&I Foundry from 2006 to 2021, where positions ranged from Public Affairs Strategic Director to H.R. Manager/WC Administrator, as well as a long tenure at Mothers/Archway from 1989 to 2006 as Employee Scheduling Manager/Safety Manager. Zeydi holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and a Master of Business Administration in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Golden Gate University.
