Thomas Smith is an experienced IT professional currently working as an IT Service Desk Analyst at Caseware since December 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas served in various capacities at DRPG from January 2015 to December 2022, including Infrastructure Analyst, IT Service Desk Engineer, and Information Technology Support Technician. Thomas holds a Level 4 Network Engineer Apprenticeship in Information Technology from TDM, completed between 2017 and 2019, as well as an ICT Pro Advanced Apprenticeship Technician in Information Technology from TDM, completed from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Thomas has earned Double BTEC Sport Level 3 and BTEC Information Technology Level 3 qualifications from Stourport Sixth Form.
