Neil Brady is an experienced sales and customer service professional with a diverse background in internal and technical sales management. Currently serving as Internal Sales Manager for the North West region at Casella since August 2017, Neil previously held various roles including Account Manager at Aquasol Corporation and Senior Customer Service Representative at Zenger Group. With a strong history in account management and customer service, Neil also contributed as Customer Service Supervisor at Quad/Graphics, where responsibilities included managing significant accounts and leading a team. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from the University at Buffalo and additional studies at Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
