Jeff Ham is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as an Environmental Project Manager at Casella Waste Systems, Inc. since August 2023. Prior to this role, Jeff has been with Philadelphia Gas Works since January 2011, progressing from Environmental Engineer I to Manager of Chemical Services, overseeing a team of five chemists and managing a $1 million budget for various analytical services and compliance initiatives. Jeff has successfully collaborated with EPA and PADEP to resolve compliance issues and has a strong background in conducting over 100 Phase I environmental assessments while at Pennoni Associates from May 2005 to January 2011. Additionally, Jeff contributed to a significant floodplain remapping project as a Research Assistant at Temple University Center for Sustainable Communities in 2004. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Temple University, along with a high school diploma from Father Judge High School.
