Byron Hayward is currently serving as a Wellbeing Consultant at Case-UK since June 2023. Prior to this role, Byron held positions as a Rugby Coach with Scarlets Rugby from August 2014 to June 2019 and with Sale Sharks Rugby Club from June 2009 to June 2011. Byron's educational background includes a WRU Level 4 degree obtained at Cardiff Metropolitan University from 2012 to 2014, and earlier studies at UWN Newport from 2006 to 2009.
