Molly Hylemon has extensive work experience in various roles, including Operations Director and Business Resource Manager at CASE Consultants International since 2022. Prior to this, Molly worked as a Firm Administrator at Worley, Woodbery, & Associates, PA from 2017 to 2022, where they managed the administrative operations of the firm, interviewed and screened applicants, and maintained personal records for all employees. Before that, Molly worked as a Recruitment Manager at Recruiting Manager from 2016 to 2017, where they created and upheld successful recruiting processes and job postings. Molly also worked at HomeTrust Bank from 2012 to 2016, serving as a Human Resources Specialist and Executive Assistant, where they implemented and administered HRIS software, served as liaison between employees and management, and assisted two Senior Vice Presidents of the Bank. Finally, Molly started their career as a Health Unit Coordinator at Mission Hospital from 1999 to 2011, where they maintained a pleasant attitude in assisting doctors and nurses in a busy intensive care unit and coordinated scheduling of nursing staff during employment shortages.

Molly Hylemon completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Mars Hill University between 2010 and 2012. Recently, in 2021, they began pursuing a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management at LSU Shreveport and is expected to complete the program in 2022.
