Liz Tarquin has extensive experience in business strategy, consulting, and program management. Liz has held various leadership positions in companies such as CASE Consultants International, IBSS, and Lynker Technologies. In their previous role as Executive Vice President at Lynker, they contributed to the growth of the division from $0 to $23 million in annual revenue by building a team and managing multiple scientific, technical, and professional services contracts. Liz has also worked as a consultant and program director at TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, Winstone Pulp International Ltd, Gen-i, and Computer and Hi-Tech Management, Inc. Their expertise includes business strategy, technical proposal writing, software development, data analysis, and mentoring.

Liz Tarquin completed their high school education at Wilton High School in Wilton, CT between 1984 and 1989, earning a high school diploma. Liz then went on to attend Georgetown University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/International Business.
