Justin Park has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Justin started their career at Wieland in 2007 as a Sr. Project Manager, where they managed project teams on various construction projects and handled tasks such as agency approval, business development, and analyzing revenue and profitability. In 2016, they joined CASCO Contractors as the Director of Operations, responsible for leading the organization by setting high standards and implementing Casco's core values. Justin managed all aspects of the Construction Department including team management, project management, estimating, daily operations, administration, safety, and profitability. Later, they were promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer in 2017.

Justin Park attended Michigan State University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Construction Management. In January 2016, they also received a Procore Certified: Associate certification from Procore Technologies.
