Winston Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in crisis management and human services. Currently serving as a Regional Oversight Manager for the Oregon Department of Human Services, Winston oversees operations and hiring within the Stabilization and Crisis Unit. In a concurrent role as a Mental Health Crisis Clinician at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Winston provides mobile crisis response and risk assessment in Multnomah County.
