Sonia Brossoit is an experienced design and project management professional with a comprehensive background in operations and customer service. Currently serving as Design Manager for Quebec and the United States at Cascades since 2021, Sonia has also held the position of Senior Project Leader and contributed to customer service initiatives. Prior to this, Sonia worked at Discount Location d'Autos et Camions for over eleven years as Directrice Bureau de Projets and Director of Operations for the Contact Centre. Earlier career experiences include serving as Director of Operations at Stanex and Contact Centre Manager at Comerco Services Inc. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal and a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma from École de technologie supérieure.
