Garrett Baserman has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Garrett began their career at Bank of America in 1987 as a Systems Engineer and later joined KPMG Consulting (now BearingPoint/Atos) as a Sr. Manager in 1993. In 2000, Baserman moved to XMLFund LLC as the Director of Project Development. Garrett then joined Point B Solutions Group in 2003 as a Sr. Associate before transitioning to Microsoft in 2006, where they worked as an Independent Management Consultant until 2017. Baserman later joined Cascadeo in 2017, initially as an Engagement Manager and then moved up to various roles including Director of Engagement Management and cascadeo.io Product, Sr. Director of Product Management - Platform, and most recently, VP of Product Management - Platform. As of 2023, Baserman holds the position of VP of Solutions Architecture and Product at Cascadeo.

Garrett Baserman pursued their education at WSU Carson College of Business from 1982 to 1986. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a specialization in Management Information Systems.
