Alan Wight is an accomplished producer and founder with extensive experience in the event and conference production industry. Since July 1996, Alan has led Cascade Productions Int Ltd, balancing project production and business development while ensuring client focus remains paramount. Additionally, Alan serves as an Experience Design Consultant at Cascade Experiences, utilizing insights into human behavior to enhance design processes. Prior to this, Alan held leadership roles, including CEO at Cascade Live Group Ltd and partner at i2i Productions, contributing to the founding of these firms after the collapse of Viewplan. Alan's early career includes significant roles at Viewplan plc, Samuelson Communications Ltd, and Leeds Photo Visual, marked by a transition from AV management to project management and production. Alan holds an MA in Internal Communication Management from Solent University and has a background in business communications from Manchester Metropolitan University.
